Progressive Downloader can provide you with the edge you need to download large files much faster. It comes with support for multi-thread downloading, mirror searching and other useful features. You can also pause any downloading processes and resume them later, without any risk to the data's integrity.

Operating Progressive Downloader is quite easy, due to its clean design and intuitive controls. Downloads are listed on the main user interface, along with various details, just like in other similar applications. You can select various filters, on the left side of the window, to show only completed downloads, running or suspended ones and so on. What's more, the application allows you to create your own filters, so you can display downloads by other criteria, like date range, file type and others.

New downloads are prepared on a separate window, for which it is sufficient to copy a download link, in any web browser, while the application is running. Alternatively, you can bring up a link box on your screen, in which you can simply drag and drop download links. Copied links are pasted automatically and the application will also verify them. Additionally, you can set a maximum thread count, insert login credentials, if required, prepare a checksum verification, schedule the download and more. As previously mentioned, downloads can be paused and resumed at any time, without any risks. Furthermore, you can set up a speed limit, if you don't want to overuse your bandwidth.

Progressive Downloader provides full support for HTTP(S), FTP and SFTP protocols. Another advantage is the fact that it can download data automatically from popular file hosting services, like Dropbox, Google Drive and others.
